katie marie bruce is an artist working and living in southern Alberta. A recent graduate from York University, katie's work often includes print, textiles and occasionally sculpture. Her SSHRC funded thesis examined empathy, the affective/affected body, and the intersection of emotional labour and the non-performative labour of objects.
